Orders received on weekend days and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day. In the event of extreme weather, packages may be delayed. 

For international orders, please note that we are not responsible for paying duties, customs, taxes, or tariffs once your package arrives at its destination country. 

Once your package is in the tracking system we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do anything under our control to help locate the package.
